The hotel is located on the Isle of Dogs, making it a convenient option for those visiting Canary Wharf. It is not far from the DLR train station and also close to South Quay station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and all necessary amenities. The staff is helpful and welcoming, and they even went the extra mile by placing a cake and card in the room for a birthday celebration. Guests can also enjoy the spa facilities, including a relaxing jacuzzi.
The room sizes are on the smaller side, particularly the Lighterman room which is only 24 square meters.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to both South Quay station and the DLR train station. It was also not far from Canary Wharf, which made exploring the area very convenient. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and dining table that added to the overall comfort of our stay. The amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and free Wi-Fi, were a nice added touch. The spa facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at a guest house in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spotless rooms and a beautiful old building. The location was also great, close to bus stops for easy transportation into town and especially with respect to the Royal Mile. The staff were amazing, making us feel very welcomed and accommodating all our needs.
